LG Sports Massage is an professional and independent massage service offering a unique opportunity to relax and unwind in your own home or at my clinic.

 

Massage is a great way to keep on top of any pains and strains, and I offer a number of services that can help.

I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist, offering mobile or in clinic treatments. LG Sports Massage offers a range of treatments including sports and remedial massage, pregnancy massage, hot stones massage and Indian head massage.

​Having trained at the Oxford school of sports massage, and combining this with my own sporting efforts, I run, cycle, lift and swim and know the pain and frustration that an injury, niggle or tension can cause to your training and daily life. 

 

​​You are in good hands with LG sports massage.  Alongside working with individual patients I have also worked with Bracknell rugby club, at various running events and with a number of local running clubs.

My qualifications:
~ BTEC level 5 diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage

~ Diploma in Pregnancy Massage

~ Indian Head Massage

~ Hot Stones Massage
~ Taping and Strapping OSSM

~ Member of the ISRM (institute of sports and remedial massage)
